In the process, Blair raised significant amounts of venture capital, and was responsible for staffs of more than 2,200 people.  His focus in now on developing sustainable products.

CFO - Smart4Growing

On arrival from the Ukraine to attend additional University schooling, Julia majored in finance and graduated from Florida International University in 2015.  She is now the senior financial advisor/accountant for a large company in Miami.  She formed her company, JK Accounting Group, several years ago and now has a plethora of customers and a dedicated team of accountants.  She and her husband are hosting several refugees from the Ukrainian war.

Director of Research

Creator of Smart4Growing mats and Ottimat. A visionary, innovator, and entrepreneur with a belief in eco-sustainability. A true believer of all-natural, non chemical solutions for the home gardening, horticulture and agricultural industries.

Communications Director

Co-founder and director of Fénix Media. A video and communications expert with more than 2 decades of experience. He has directed projects for a variety of clients including HBO Latinamerica, Sony Music Latam, Univision, Telemundo NBC/Universal, Empresas Polar,  among others. He has received awards such as Webbys, Tellys, Communicator and Reed Awards. He believes a greener and healthier  planet is possible if we all do our part.

Executive Coordinator

With over 20 years in the corporate world and as an owner of a private interior commercial design company, her company focused on providing sustainable solutions throughout the Americas. Angela brings a wide range of knowledge and experiences to the team.  She has always been driven by an intrinsic love of the environment and a desire to create positive change. A true believer of developing sustainable and green initiatives, she is pioneering several new green concepts that will result in healthier and more productive home gardening and better eco-environment.

Sales Coordinator

He loves helping others and finding ways to make their lives better through his work. He is a true believer in the power of networking and how a simple conversation can lead to new opportunities. Humberto knows how process impacts everything we do, which is why he specialized in computer engineering.
